Creator Agreement
This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the Brand and the Creator identified above.
1. Scope of Work
Creator will produce and publish the deliverables described in the Deal Terms above, on the channels listed, within the agreed timeline. Final deliverables are subject to brand review per the agreed revision count.
2. Compensation
Brand will pay Creator the agreed cash fee, affiliate share, and product compensation listed in the Deal Terms. Payment terms follow the brand's standard payment schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Usage Rights
The brand's use of the Creator's content is governed by the Rights package selected in the Deal Terms. Any usage outside that scope requires a separate written grant from the Creator.
4. Disclosure & Compliance
Creator agrees to comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws (FTC, ASA, AEPSI, etc.) in the markets where the content is published, including the brand's required disclosure hashtags and on-screen indicators.
5. Originality & IP
Creator warrants that the content is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and that they have authority to grant the rights described.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach with 7 days' written notice. Brand may terminate immediately for content that violates law, brand guidelines, or the disclosure obligations above.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the brand's primary place of business unless otherwise stated.
8. Entire Agreement
Together with the signed Deal Terms above, this constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
